Good Features
It's extremely low profile (not like some I've seen). It is SPF50 so you won't need to wear sunscreen under it (why you would in the first place I don't know). So now you won't have any embarrassing white lines on your rash guard preventing you from getting with that special hawaiian honey (or should I say coconut).
Bad Features
It's a rash guard. It guards from rashes. It doesn't insulate a lot but I don't think it should. It's not a wetsuit.
